In order to maintain access to VCU Health Office 365, including email and SharePoint, SOM faculty and staff need to access [https://connect.vcuhealth.org] every six months. Previously, logging into [https://launchpad.vcuhealth.org] would "refresh" the six month timer, however as of a May 2026 change to VCUHS security policies, accessing LaunchPad will no longer refresh the six month time out. Please make sure you access [https://connect.vcuhealth.org] every six months."

In order to access [https://connect.vcuhealth.org], please follow the steps outlined below.

  1. Launch your browser of choice, navigate to [https://connect.vcuhealth.org].

  2. Select “Continue” after reading the VCU Health disclaimer.

  3. Enter VCU Health username (AD_ID) and password. VCU Health email address will not authenticate, this must be a VCU Health user name (AD_ID).  If you are unsure of your VCU Health AD_ID, please see the bottom of this page for steps on how to find your VCU Health AD_ID.
