How to request support for SOM Horizon VDI:
Visit VCU’s RamsCentral ticketing system
Select Sign in with CAS Login:
If prompted, enter your VCU credentials to login
Select the VCU IT Self Service option and Submit
Select Enter IT Portal
Select the Service Catalog tile
Use the Filter Options and select School of Medicine > SOM Horizon VDI
Select the appropriate tile depending upon your need
Complete all pertinent fields and follow prompts to Review & Submit your ticket
