Mapping a Network Drive to access Data in Horizon Gold

• Log into Horizon Gold Partial Persistence

• Open File Explorer

• Right-click on Network

  • Map network drive…

    • P:

      • \\storagegold\projects

  • Finish

• Open Command Prompt

• Paste appropriate file location link

  • Ex: “c:\Program Files\SASHome\SASFoundation\9.4\sas” -WORK "P:\Karmarkar_APCD\temp"

• In SAS, File – Import Data –.csv – next

• Browse for file:

  • Navigate to mapped drive – Karmarkar_APCD – source – All files

• Select the file – Open – Next

• Member: APCDclaims – Next

• Browse to data folder – name the file – Save – Finish

• Navigating back to the TEMP folder and right-click on properties to verify progress

• Data will load in SAS window
